OBS is a licensed and insured full service beverage catering company. We are fully equipped to accommodate any type and/or size of event throughout the Pacific Northwest. With our reputation and wide range of service, we have great relationships with companies in the service industry, and when contacting us, we can help direct you in the planning of your event. Our goal is to help you create a unique and successful event!

We specialize in a full spectrum service. Whether you need help planning your layout, choosing a menu or selection of music, we can help. We can accommodate your needs to ensure your event will be memorable! Whether your event is 10 people or 10,000, you can count on OBS to provide exceptional service to you and your guests.

  • What is our philosophy?
    When we are engaged with our clients in a team environment, working side by side on every aspect of the fair, festival or special event, this is where our true satisfaction is found.    We have been fortunate over the last 40 years to have formed many lasting relationships in the alcoholic beverage industry and made many, many friends at the fairs and festivals that we have had the honor of servicing. We see our commitment to our clients in very simple terms. Be open in our dealings and communications with each other. Make sure that we never take for granted the privilege being afforded to us as your partner and do this all in the honest and forthright manner that you would expect from any teammate. 
  • What kinds of events does Oregon Beverage Services do?
    We provide services to all events within the special event industry. Events includ Fairs, Festivals, Concerts, Rodeos, Sporting Events, Tailgates, Weddings, Birthdays, and Corporate Parties. We have no limitations, and can provide service to any type or style of event.
  • What is provided by Oregon Beverage Services?
    Oregon Beverage Services is a full service operation that takes care of all the alcohol management needs for your event. This includes licensing, insurance, bartenders, security, and product.
  • Pricing: Deposits, Service Charges and Billing.
    GENERAL PRICING: Pricing varies based of the structure of your event. We are happy to accomodate a cash bar, hosted bar, drink tickets, etc. DEPOSITS: A $200 deposit is required to hold your date in our calendar. The deposit is subtracted from the final invoice following the event. This, along with a signed contract, is due no later than 2 months prior to the event date. SERVICE CHARGES: A service charge is applied to all events. This charge covers the cost of our bartenders, license, insurance, and products we provide to serve (cups, straws, linens, mixers, ice. etc). FINAL BILLING: The remaining balance of your invoice will be billed to you the week following your event and is due within 3 business days. *The initial estimated price does not include gratuity and reflects the price if all alcohol is consumed. The final invoice price will only reflect the amount of alcohol consumed. We will not charge you for untapped kegs, unopened bottles of wine, or unopened cases of cider/seltzer.
  • What kind of products does Oregon Beverage Services bring to the event?
    Products are selected specifically for each event! If you have certain requests, please let us know and we will do our best to get the product. *Products may range in price depending on availability and the quanity of the order.
  • How much does a keg of beer/cider or a case of wine typically serve?
    One keg provides approximately 120 -130 servings. One case of wine consists of 12 bottles, providing approximately 48 servings per case. One case of beer/cider/seltzer consists of approximately 24 servings. Rates will vary depending on the brand/type of alcohol provided.
  • Where can you find Oregon Beverage Services?
    Our resume of events is continually growing! Our beverage concessions experience includes current contracts at the Umatilla County Fairgrounds and Farm City Pro Rodeo, Clackamas County Fair and Event Center, The Linn County Fair and Event Center, The Lane Events Center and Lane County Fair, The Benton County Fairgrounds, The Deschutes County Fairgrounds ,The Bite and Brew of Salem, and Lake County Round-Up & Fairgrounds. In addition, we also operate events such as Walla Walla County Fair and Frontier Days, Klamath County Fair,  Mt. Angel Oktoberfest, Harvest Festival, Santiam Canyon Stampede, Philomoth Frolic and Rodeo, Oregon Jamboree, Portland Rose Festival, Portland Cinco De Mayo Festival and Washington County Event Center, to name but a few.
